My trip with Jim was a wonderful experience for me, I got some really great shots while we were on safari. I found his approach very down to earth, and I learned some great tips from him on how to use my camera to it's full potential. Jim Laybourn's photographic safari was fantastic. He took us to the perfect spots to see wildlife. We saw a Buffalo herd with newborn calves only a few feet from the vehicle, four Moose, a Coyote and an Osprey family with the male bringing trout to the two baby Osprey in the nest. The equipment Jim provides allows you to see and photograph the animals extremely well. Jim was also very knowledgeable about the wildlife. He explained to us the mating rituals of the Buffalo, the habits of the Moose, and all about the bears, and with his direction I shot some amazing pictures. I highly recommend the tour.

What a great day. I will never forget seeing and photographing the two Bull Moose up close, and the great shots I got of the Black Bear. It was amazing how you knew where the Bear wanted to go and your ability to keep up with it and allow us great photo vantages, while staying a safe distance away. Thank you for sharing your knowledge of animal behavior and for the great photo tips that I will be able to use in the future.
